We, the members of the Communist Party of India Liberation, united in our pursuit of justice, equality, and accountability, do hereby establish this constitution to guide our organization’s principles, objectives, and activities.
We aim to form a more perfect union, establishing justice, ensuring domestic tranquility, providing for the common defense, promoting the general welfare, and securing the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity.
We commit to uphold the principles of democracy, protecting human rights and dignity, promoting transparency and accountability in governance, empowering citizens through education and awareness, and fostering a culture of integrity and zero tolerance for corruption. Through this constitution, we ordain and establish the framework for our organization’s decision-making processes, leadership structure, and code of conduct.
